"Super friendly staff"
Popped into BrewDog last weekend and the staff were lovely. We had no clue what to order, the guy behind the bar was really patient and suggested a few drinks without making us feel awkward about it. The whole place just felt relaxed and welcoming. Definitely going back.

My order did show up in the end and everything was fine when it arrived, but it was late. I reached out to check on it and kind of felt brushed off, like it wasn’t really a big deal. Not the worst experience, but definitely a bit frustrating.

I wish the prices were laid out more clearly from the start. The extra fees only showed up late in the process, which made it feel like I wasted time and energy getting through everything just to find out the actual cost.

I’ve ordered from BrewDog a few times now and the beer has always been decent. The only thing is the shipping cost feels a bit steep unless you’re buying a lot, so a smaller order literally doesn’t feel worth it sometimes. I’d probably order more often if delivery was cheaper...

"Account’s decent, just a bit clunky"
My BrewDog account is mostly fine tbh. I can check my orders and see my details without any real hassle, so it does the basic stuff it needs to do.
The annoying bit was trying to change some account info. It felt way more fiddly than it should’ve, had to click around a bunch, and one page didn’t load properly the first time, which was a bit meh.
Support got back to me and sorted it out, so overall it wasn’t a bad experience. Just feels like the account section could do with a bit of a cleanup and be made easier to use.

I used to buy brewdog regularly, and I’ll be honest, I did like some of the beers. But over time it’s got harder to separate that from all the stories about the company and the way they seem to treat people.
What really puts me off is the constant polished brand talk. Every statement sounds like it’s been run through a PR machine, all edgy and “transparent” on the surface, but it doesn’t feel genuine anymore. It just makes me trust them less, not more.
At this point there are plenty of other breweries making good beer without all the baggage, so I’d rather spend my money with them. I’m not saying everyone has to feel the same, but I’m done with brewdog.

I’ve been ordering from brewdog.com for a while now, and the loyalty points have actually been worth paying attention to. I didn’t expect much from them at first, but they added up enough to knock some money off my last beer order, which was a nice surprise. If you already buy from them now and again, it feels like a decent little bonus rather than some complicated rewards thing.

I tried using a promo code and it didn’t go through, which was frustrating. I thought maybe I entered it wrong or missed some fine print, so I checked it a couple times, but it still wouldn’t work. I reached out to support too, though maybe I expected too much, because I never heard anything back.

I’ll be honest, I actually enjoyed the beer and most of the deliveries showed up without any drama, so at first I was happy with it. But then when I tried to cancel my subscription, my mood changed fast. It wasn’t impossible or anything, but I had to click around more than I expected and it started feeling like a hassle for no real reason. Support eventually helped me get it sorted, which I appreciated, but it took longer than I would’ve liked. So yeah, some parts were great, then frustrating, then kind of fine in the end. Not awful, just not the smoothest experience

I picked up a beer gift pack for my brother i was happy with how easy it all was. There were loads of options on the site, checkout didn’t make me grumpy, and it showed up in good time. Best part is he really loved it, so I’d definitely use them again for birthdays
