Ordered a 24 variety pack, delivery charges I thought were a bit steep, but they arrived next day which I wasn't expecting. Unfortunately the box was either not packaged very well or it had been thrown around whilst in transit and 2 of the beers had exploded all over the rest. I raised a ticket and was answered within a few hours and some new beers on the way. Can't fault the customer service and have every confidence this was a one off issue.

I recently ordered 24 cans of Punk as part of the Gold can promotion. Initially there was an issue with the delivery, presumably due to the demand. I ordered on 16th November and hadn’t received anything by early December.
A support ticket dealt with the problem, eventually. At first, the customer service response wasn’t great, I received a template response about slight delays, but still nothing was received from DPD.
I persisted with the support ticket and then Shannon was helpful. She resent the delivery on 7th December and applied a credit to my account for the inconvenience. The beer was then delivered two days after the rearranged order.
I didn’t have any issues with the packaging as some have mentioned, the boxes were intact and good condition. But no gold can unfortunately!
Overall Brewdog CS was satisfactory, with a bit of patience and persistence necessary.

Visited Dog Tap in Ellon x 2 this wk. Once for lunch and once for coffee.

Great place, friendly atmosphere and enjoyed both visits.

Only comment was very small cup of hot chocolate was £3.50.

I was looking for a nice tall glass of piping hot choc to heat me up on an Autumnal morning, slightly disappointed, and the free fortune cookie would have went well with my drink, as opposed to on way out.
